They can still do some serious damage before the do. Besides sasuke can't Amaterasu all 5 at once the summons are bound to kill at least one taka member before they leave. Also your underrating the value of the distraction the summons bring - a deadly mistake given naruto and clones move faster then the sharingan can react to. He'll naruto himself could probably solo.

The only time sasuke has used multiple Amaterasu in quick succession was the Amaterasu magatamas which are easily dodged by the frogs jumping (they can cover a looooot of ground this way). Gamaken can sit behind his shield and tank Amaterasu whilst am and pa sit behind him prepping frog song. You act like they are useless, bunta completely levelled a forest in part one and took on a bijuu.

Sasuke would be stupid to use Amaterasu susanoo armor, He isn't alone, BSM naruto would just throw his teammates into the Amaterasu Susanoo armor, killing them.

KCM Sage clones or BSM clones would be fast enough to throw him before he deactivates it.

He most likely didn't throw Madara because he was an Edo, and the fall wouldn't kill him and when he was alive he was going with the flow of everyone else smashing him to death with their tails. No one anticipated a mortal being capable of surviving being crushed to death.
