Think this through: Edo EMS Madara has PERFECT SUSANO'O which is almost indestructible, and even if Juudara punched it with all its strength, it would just probably damage (not destroy) it's armor and Juudara would be tired and would then be easily killed by EDO Madara's Super Slash Sword (the one that easily cuts mountains). Seriously, Juudara would be slashed to bits with that gigantic perfect sword and there is NO WAY to stop that. He could also distract Juudara with the meteorites if he represented any thread to the Perfect Susano'o. One more thing... you're thinking what I am thinking? Yes? Uhm, of course you are. THE SUSANO'O CLONES. EDO MADARA COULD MAKE AN ARMY (hundreds of thousands and even millions or billions) and they would eventually overwhelm Juudara, and if not, he could also use them as a distraction - a distraction that lasts forever because they could be infinite. EDO madara's chakra doesn't run out. But his chakra is limited to that of resurrected madara. For example edo madara can make 25 susanoo clones. This means edo madara can only ever create a maximum of 25 susanoo clones at any given time.

This is how to best understand it. Edo madara has a whole bottle of water as his chakra. Once it runs out it is automatically refiled. Jinchuriki madara has a whole tanker of water for his chakra. Even though it isn't automatically refiled, He has so much more chakra than edo madara that making a comparison isn't fair.

this ^ I don't think people understand that edos have unlimited chakra but their reserves remain the same.

Since PS does'nt require transporting two beings at once then Juubidara should be able to use it.

However there are some things that clearly contradict the plot like Madara using Susanoo without eyes.
