Rewatch the Pain fight. Naruto was helpless and about to die, and the 8 tails took over. He wouldn't have survived the fight if it didn't. And one more thing, let's not forget how Hinata saved his little ass too. Okay?

And yes, I saw that fight too. I know that the Kyubii didn't take over. But there is the little thing that happened where Naruto used it's chakra to win. Not his chakra, the Kyubii's.
And no, that fight is moot because Itachi could have killed Sasuke in no time flat.
And as I've said many times. Biju are different because they are alive and their own beings. Eyes are not sentient. Jutsu are not sentient. Giant ancient creatures with unfathomable power are. They are a second being within the Jinchuriki helping them to survive because they have a stake in it too. When you attack a Jinchuriki, you are attacking a Biju.

Yes, the Kyubii restricts his time in Sage Mode. But he only got sage mode because of the Kyubii chakra.
And what the Hell are you talking about? It was clearly established that Naruto has "Blue" and "Red" Chakra and that there is a lot more Red than Blue. Remember when he was trained in Part 1? I know that boring old part one is too slow for a lot of the DBZ type fans to handle, but it is important.
