I don't understand the point of putting Tsunade + Sakura together unless they're in a large team. They're almost the same. Adding Sakura makes 0 difference...

First off, Tobirama is a skilled sensor and was hyped by Madara to be the fastest shinobi in their generation. This means Tobirama was faster than Madara and Hashirama who are both extremely fast and have top tier reaction speed. Next even if Tobirama gets into a predicament, he can FTG away to safety. He should be able to use a decent number of clones due to being a Senju which would allow him to create various openings and set up FTG markings around the battlefield. Once he does that, he can escape Sakura and Tsunade's line of sight and cut them in half with Suidanha. Katsuyu can prove to be troublesome, especially its larger version which is summoned by a collaboration of Sakura and Tsunade but Katsuyu's acid won't hit Tobirama as it can be FTGed away from or blocked by Suiton Suijinheki. He should be capable of powerful water dragons to knock the two medics off of Katsuyu and have his clones finish them off with Suidanha. This doesn't even take into account Tobirama's Goju Kibakufuda which has a massive area of effect and would destroy the opposition to smithereens. In summary:

Tobirama mid diff without Edo, low diff with Edo.

We don't need to as the fodder edo isn't going to be used for its combat skills but more so for its ability to be used for executing

You serious? That attack isn't impossible to evade. However utilized alongside kage bunshin and FTG, it makes it easy for Tobirama to take them out via Suidanha.
