When sasuke absorbed orochimaru he absorbed his chakra yet he got his abilities.
If naruto wont adapt kurama's chakra for other then they will get kurama features
Nagato got longevity back from hachibi

I think it can work out both ways sometimes

Yes, thank you for your smart evidence. I don't really remember all of what happened but whatever came out of Sasuke that looked like Orochimaru must have been the physical manifestation of his chakra. If Orochimaru was really inside Sasuke I don't think he would have wasted time hiding, he would have taken his body. So you're probably right!

Im telling you DNA & chakra are not related. You cannot use chakra to obtain the rinnegan, you need the power which is the dna. Same goes for izanagi.

Oro's chakra just works like that, the more you use his abilities the stronger his control gets over you until he completely takes you over. That's his jutsu.

No nagato died of chakra exhaustion, that's when you use up all your chakra & die, people who lose all their chakra shrivel up & die look at when the shinju was absorbing the alliance.

Well we know that the power of the sage is uchiha and senju blood/power together.

The ocular extent is to bring out the full power, we have seen Obito use Gedo Mazou to extract bee without the rinnegan.

Now when Madara taught Obito rikudou Justus and Inyouton, he had both uchiha and senju power/blood.

Inzangi is essentially both uchiha kinjustu and Inyouton (uchiha technique, but requires the sages power).
Inzangi derived from the Justu "creation of all things," which happens to be yin yang release.

So, yes you need both uchiha and senju

The only logical explanation for itachi's story is the story Obito told Sasuke.

Chakra is another lifeforce, its like life energy.

If you die of a stab wound that's a mortal would, you bleed & stuff. If you die of having no chakra you only shrivel up, its like human energy, you need it to keep the body going.

I guess they are related, but not in the sense where chakra can become someone or even something's dna. Only bijuu are made up completely of chakra, nothing else can be pure chakra. Sasori & kakuzu are prime examples of people who were close to achieving this but still cannot. Even oro has a real body, that snake thing.

Dna is part of the body, the physical person, chakra can be physical too but it isnt part of their genetic makeup. You need actual parts of people, the blood is important because dna is in blood. the blood is what connects clans together, not the chakra. You need to be related to your brother by blood in order to get his eyes, not by having the same chakra type, lol. You need a senju's blood in order to get their dna, to get their genetic power. The reason why they are senju is because they are genetically born that way. Not because of chakra.

Hmm well if chakra could not manifest physically; then there would be no explanation behind the Bijuu's impact on the physical world and all of the technique releases no matter how powerful their chakra is. The type of matter used in fireball technique for example: can not be contained within the DNA and body of the user or EVER yet it also makes its dent in the physical realm because it starts spiritual and ends physical. Do you remember that all chakra originated from the Juubi and was passed down when Kaguya ate the God tree's fruit. So chakra was passed down but it was not really the Sage's to begin with it was the God tree/Juubi's and in my opinion Yin (spiritual) can create Yang (physical) but although it's created it is not necessarily weaker.

lol, actually Juugo's chakra is exclusive to his clan. In fact I'm pretty sure that the sage chakra from Mount Myokubo is different from the sage chakra in Ryuchido and diff. from the Juubi chakra, almost clan specific.

No, his body absorbs Natural Energy. Doesn't make sense for energy to absorb energy. His DNA is what dictates what his body can do. The blueprints of his DNA says that members of his clan can absorb natural energy.

No, because unlocking and manipulation DNA is difficult, even for Orochimaru. That is why he has done SO much research.

Izanagi does not need Senju Chakra. The manga made this brutaly specific during Itachi's Izanami explanation. Otherwise not so many uchiha's would have been able to use it.

As for the Rinnegan needing senju DNA, it could just need prolonged exposure the juubi's chakra possibly gotten by being it's jinchuriki for a long time, or being connected to the gedo mazo for a long time, and the senju DNA had nothing to do with Madara getting it. Unfotunately we dont know exactly how it's gotten. Hopefully we will know by the end of the manga, but not now.
