Would he be able to spam the long ranged Kamui? I know the reason Kakashi can only do it 3-4 times a day (Pre-Kishi making it as much as plot needs during the Juubi fight) is due to the extreme chakra cost, which is due to him not being an Uchiha. So would Obito be able to just Kamui everyone he sees?

Yes Obito would be able to use kakashi's kamui constantly as he does the one he currently has.

Of course he would, because the side effects of non uchiha wouldn't affect him considering he is Uchiha.

he would be the strongest person in naruto. he would have sniped minato when he was standing on the hokage monument blocking the tbb and then sniped the 3rd and then he would have sat back and destroyed the leaf. then he would repeat this process in every village

Lets say obito didnt give kakashi his eye when that rock fell on him.

& everything else happened, he would then have become the singe most powerful character the manga has seen.

He can basically attack while intangible, thus negating his only weakness & making him invincible.

If he had both eyes and senju dna, he could potentially awaken the rinnegan.

He would have Susanoo

Controlling Gedo mazo would be ridiculously good.

A lot of sh*t would happen...
