Kishimoto nerfed jin Obito by restricting Kamui w/o explaining himself its easy to conclude that Kamui = Juubi.

Kamui already makes it near impossible for any one to beat Obito, only real weakness is another Kamui.
Minato really took out young Obito with surprise, it would be fairly easy for Obito to avoid that with info on FTGv2(FTG+kunai).

Kamui would eliminate Juubi Jin weakness - SM. With this Obito would be strongest out of 3 JJ even thou he had less chakra.
