Are there any characters that are faster, or as fast as light? A lot of people say Naruto is as fast/faster than light. Is this true? Has it ever been stated in the manga? Light travels 299,792,458 meters a second. Who in Naruto has that theoretical speed?

I remember that people used to say Sasuke was as fast as light... Anyway, mates, who is as fast as light? I say no one in Naruto is even CLOSE to light, but you tell me your opinion.

Yes and no. Its a s/t technique so in that way they go faster. They still have to place markers and etc so no. I am pretty sure the op knew that everyone was talking about raw speed not instantaneous bs.

I agree (as stated in my post). Every time he moves from place to place, it takes him like 3 seconds and even 10 when the place he is traveling to is not even that far (like 200 meters).

I mean, in the anime they can't really just draw any characters going anywhere NEAR that speed....

They have to slow it down somehow or it confuses the readers.

So you say it takes 3 seconds for Naruto to get somewhere, but in anime logic that might have been faster than you are making it out to be.

But no I agree, I doubt anyone in Naruto can move that fast right now. May be possible in the future.

I believe S/T users are superluminal.....I'm not sure though, but they deal in speed at which one traverses space and time to arrive at a destination making them FTL. I believe almost like instant speed....not in motion, but basically instant. Idk....I didn't take physics lol. I believe in the real world only the expansion of space is FTL. I remember reading about it...I could be wrong though I'm rusty lol.

When FTG is in use, they travel faster than light. Doesn't matter how it's done, point is, FTG makes the user travel faster than light.
