Well, more of a fanfiction, really. Do these predictions ever happen to be true? 
CHAPTER 664: "One Eye"
<The scene switches back to Minato, Kakashi, Zetsu and Obito, with Zetsu attacking and the pair staying on the defensive>
Kakashi: Damn. Is there nothing we can do?!
Minato: It's too risky if we don't want to kill Obito along with Zetsu!
Obito: Guh! Don't mind me, if you hesitate Madara will soon regain his other eye!
<Kakashi closes his eyes>
Kakashi: I'm not going to strike my comrade down for the third time... hey, you black one. I'm afraid you won't survive long enough to return Madara his eye!
<Kakashi starts forming seals, Zetsobito makes a step back, frightened. Before it develops any further, however, Gaara, Sakura and Naruto arrive>
Gaara: Fourth Hokage! Kyuubi has been extracted, we need you to seal his other half inside Naruto or he won't survive!
<Everyone suddenly looks at him, Minato jumps to naruto immediately>
Minato: I'll do it. You're Sakura, right? You're adept with medical ninjutsu, keep sustaining Naruto's heartbeat. It'll take a while. Kakashi and you (turns to Gaara), please deal with Black Zetsu.
Kakashi: Gaara-kun, if it's possible... try not to kill them.
Gaara: I understand.
<Kakashi uses a Giant Water Vortex and Gaara uses Sand Tsunami, the two techniques combine, forming mud and impeding Zetsu's movement, who was caught off guard>
Zetsu: Uh... strong, but if you don't plan on killing me, I'll have an easy job!
<Zetsu uses Kamui to teleport behind Gaara and attacks him, but is stopped by a sand shield. Kakashi immediately jumps to Zetsu and tries to attack him with Raikiri, but Zetsu manages to dodge and stab Kakashi with Mokuton: Sashiki in a counter-attack through stomach>
Obito: Ugh... Ka...kashi...
Zetsu: Wow, I never expected you to actually come at me with a lethal attack! But it doesn't matter. To think that I'd be able to defeat Kakashi Hatake...
<Kakashi coughs blood>
Zetsu: I should thank you, Obito. After all I wouldn't be able to dodge it without your Sharingan. Well, one down.
<Kakashi grabs Zetsu's hand who went through his stomach, surprising him>
Kakashi: Gaara, get ready!
<A small electric spark goes from Kakashi to Zetsu, followed by Kakashi's whole body dissipating into lightning, paralyzing Zetsobito>
Zetsu: S...shit... can't... teleport...
<Gaara's sand surrounds Zetsu who is sealed short-after. Kakashi climbs out of the ground.>
Kakashi: Good job. We can deal with Zetsu and Obito later... right now we should probably...
<Everything falls silent, Kakashi is stopped mid-sentence. A small blow of wind passes and what Kakashi and Gaara see next (and Minato and Sakura realize) is Madara standing behind Minato and Sakura who are kneeling over Naruto>
Madara: I see. You are trying to save him. By now you should have realized that won't change a thing. When I get my second eye, my power will be limitless... literally. So, I might as well save you trouble and kill you on the spot!
<Madara grabs his sword and almost finishes a strike, killing all three of them, but disappears. Next thing we see is Kakashi's Sharingan with Mangekyo active. A scene briefly changes.>
Karin: This!
Suigetsu: Now what, Karin? Has something else happened to Sasuke?
Karin: No! Madara's chakra... suddenly disappeared. It feels as if a giant burden was lifted from this world.
Suigetsu: What?! Are you serious?
Orochimaru: (Could it possibly be...)
<A scene changes back>
Minato: Kakashi... have you really...?
Kakashi: Seems shocking but... I think so.
<Aaand the scene jumps again, back and forth>
Karin: Wait. No! I sense it once again!
Kakashi: So it's finally o...
<His eyes open wide. Everyone looks in horror as they see Madara standing behind Kakashi who is impaled with the sword>
Madara: So, I guess it must have been you. You are surprisingly skilled with that stolen power of yours.
<He pushes the sword deeper>
Minato: Kakashi!!
Kakashi: Agghh...!!
Madara: If it wasn't for that fraction of a second in which I felt the pressure building in your eye... I wouldn't have managed to use Izanagi on time.
Minato: (Izanagi! So that's how he returned!)
<Madara's only eye slowly closes and he lets out a deep sigh>
Madara: If that technique was used on me again, you would have won. Right now I'm blind again... You slowed my plans down a little. You took my right eye. And for this, I can't forgive you, brat.
<He kicks Kakashi's back, pulling out the sword and making him fall down powerless>
Kakashi: (Only one eye... so that's what I was worth in the end...)
<Suddenly, a flashback appears of Obito finally embracing Naruto's path>
Kakashi: (Or is it...? I leave the rest to you, guys.)
<The panel gets darker>
Kakashi: (Minato-sensei, Guy, Sakura, Sasuke, Naruto... and Obito...)
<It gets completely dark>
Kakashi: (Farewell.)
