The Gedo Statue, The Juubi, and the Tailed Beast?

This Question has been Lingering on my mind for a long time now, (Since Episode 341, Chapter 594, and when I went to this Page on the Naruto Wiki:

, and Read "The Ten-Tails can be revived without fully collecting all nine tailed-beasts, having a fraction of the chakra of which is enough to revive it in an incomplete form.") Is it possible for Obito and The Akatsuki to get a small Portion of the tailed beast and still make the Juubi? When Mean Portions, I mean either One tail per beast, or each akatsuki member steals all the tails from each jinchuriki + Ginkaku & Kinkaku. I'm curious if this is even possible to do?

I think its possible Mini Jubbi,,, Next power up for Nardo,,, Coz Dark Kuruma won't be enough for Madara

yes: u need a portion of every biju , to make juubi ... But as for Juubi's strength , It depends on how much Portion do you collect .

I see, well that clears up alot but, I also read that it takes time for it to mature, could he keep that thing in the Kamui Dimension until it matured enough for him to transform or will it still be too weak?

* read the chapter when Juubi got in ... It took to many forms .. until it got its final Form .No matter the time... a "weak Juubi" will be weak for all time, unless you get all the energy from the Bijuus..... you can store It in whatever dimension You want , It still will be the same ....

With small portions of all nine of the tailed beast sealed into the gedo mazo you could recreated the ten tails and it would be a lot weaker than the first form ten tails shown in the manga at first.

However like the juubi in the manga it would becoming stronger over time and while it has been hinted that even without all of the tailed beasts chakra the ten tails would eventually be restore to full power over time, there is no proof that a juubi made from small portions of the tailed beast would eventually equal a juubi made out of all of the tailed beasts chakra.

So then how would that work if Naruto got chakara from 8 and 1 tails? Would he stop being the 9 tails jink, and become the 10 tails jink?

The gedo mazo is required to restore the ten tails otherwise Madara would have just capture the nine tailed beasts and become their jinchuuriki rather than wait for him to awaken the rinnegan so he could break the seal on the gedo mazo and summon it back from the moon.
