While I completely agree that it wasn't romantic. Sakura wasn't disgusted. She is tired and almost out of chakra. She is a field medic trying to keep someone she cares about greatly from dying as best she can. The look on her face is not one of disgust but one of duress. Sakura does love Naruto, but she is not in love with him.
