who would you consider to be the strongest just off there natural skill and abilities... meaning Madara with no Senju power ups or so6p transformation, naruto with no 9 tails (but including sage mode because that was something he obtained through training) but all characters with just there natural ability, no power ups or power they obtained from another ninja or tailed beast etc 1-10 but i'll accept 1- 5
