So how does the top ten look like now?
This list doesn't include SO6P, his sons, Shisui(Since he could prob solo everyone with KOTO), Edo Tensei, any movie villains or any Tailed Beast.
Here is my list:
1. Madara Uchiha(Juubi Jin)
2. Obito Uchiha(Juubi Jin)
3. Hashirama Senju.
4. Naruto Uzumaki
5. Minato-Sasuke Uchiha.
6. Itachi Uchiha.
7. Tobirama.
8. Kakashi(Kamui)
9. Nagato Uzumaki.
10. Hiruzen Sarutobi(Prime).

I didn't put Guy on the list since the 8-Gate kills him if he uses it.

Sasuke can defeat nagato. Kabuto is overrated.

IMO its pretty close between itachi, tobirama, naruto and sasuke. Tobirama has invented a shitloa of things, he just never gets a chance to shine. Itachi is probably one of the weakest out of the 4 but his intelligence is by far in the top 3 of NV. naruto and sasuke have the same raw power but sasuke is smarter whereas naruto has more chakra, so they are even.
