Can Minato die?

I mean if he gives away his Yin-Chakra to Naruto and places inside his own son again, AND does it needs to sacrifies itself?

Can someone here please explain why or maybe? Since if Minato is an edo tensei state, will he actually die without Kurama?

Last time Obito destroyed his other arm and could not regenerate, AND now Madara holds the same power and other similar jutsus as well so he can just use those black shield and rods to vanish Minato completely. I know Minato won't die so easily, but he doesn't stand a chance someone like Madara. Minato did not beat RikuObito, then he can't get near to Madara.
