Well using human logic. We don't see any of his other appendages, and there aren't any other long gone characters that could have been kickin it in Obito's lair. Last chapter we just thought it was empty, but now we can clearly see that there is indeed someone inside. All I've got to go off is an ear, so until we see the rest of him, welcome back Yamato's ear. Have a sense of humor gramps.
