I don't really know if this has been talked about because the chapter comes out here while I'm sleeping. I would just like to point out that it is more than likely Kabuto.

The reason it could/more than likely is him is because of the bare feet and he is a very good medical ninja. In fact he is one of the best in the entire series. Someone like Sasuke that is on the brink of death can only be saved by few and Kabuto is one who is capable.

Just to support it. Kabuto walks around in his bare feet proven during his fight with Itachi and Sasuke.
