the big wood statue is very similiar to that of the first hokage, and yamato has his blood and technique. also he uses that wood style that while zetsu does have, yamato also have the only character beside hashirama (and now madara) that has that wood style.

also where we can see his ear:

he has a black hair (or at least dark), again goes in line with yamato.

maybe it is him, maybe not. but there is more stuff to support him then izuna or other weird characters we know almost nothing about.

I'm pretty sure it is yamato, considering he was unconscious last time we saw him and his powers of mokuton are stronger than regular zetsu so its a slight power up as we saw with the small buddah

If you want kishimoto to be unpredictable, get off forums where people are giving a million theories a week. The story still has to make sense and Yamato is the most probable. I gave a theory a while back saying Yamato would get a power up because he was stuck to all that concentrated hashirama cells. His body excepted Hashirama cells on a molecular level, better than any other ninja using senju cells on the battlefield
