plus there's nowhere said in the manga yet that the person came to save Sasuke. Taking over Sasuke's body doesn't mean he'll be Sasuke anymore.

Orochimaru removed Sage transformation so Kabuto has no tail,for more info about how that guy being Kabuto makes more sense than anyone else read my posts in this thread

You can't judge by a barely-shown appearance.
It has to be Kabuto, that's the only thing that fits this current situation - Kabuto can HEAL Sasuke, and that's what he needs.
