Madara Uchiha has honestly broken every single rule that they've set in the manga it doesn't make any sense. A few chapters ago Obito didn't have control over the Juubi for a while but Madara apparently doesn't have to prove his will. He can do sharingan jutsu without his eyes, he can implant eyes instantly, he can seal all the biju in a second, he can use mokuton at the same strength as the first hokage(while tenzo can't and he's had the gene since birth). He can even use senjutsu without any training. I mean honestly how can you beat an opponent who doesn't have to follow a single rule that other peple do?

4) Madara =/= Tenzo/Yamato, Madara was a reanimate corpse without limited chakra when he used wood release
5) Madara is likely using the nature energy through Hashirama's cells/body, which is why the face markings appeared on Hashirama's face and not Madara.
6) He is Madara Uchiha, he was prepared for this with black zetsu and white zetsus.
