Obito didn't had half of the Kurama's chakra,he only had around 1/5 around from those cloud brothers.And even Madara only have 50% of Kurama's chakra,so doubt this is the final form of the 6 paths

Actually he has the full hachibi chakra, it most likely regen that tail in the mazo... but the mazo is missing an arm which is a piece of lifeforce the mazo had.
