i dont think that minato can counter kakashi kamui with its current feats,it was able to warp gedos arm which is bigger than 100 human before the gedo teleported to madara although it was summoned in advance ,imagine how fast will it be if it is used on humans neck(much smaller than gedo arm

That IC thing shouldn't get used on VS threads, what keeps characters on character is the plot, on the VS threads there's no plot, the characters just go all out exept if there are restrictions.

kakashi would just absorb amatrasu with kamui if it caught him
itachi has no counter for kamui

Kakashi clears it - why is there not such an option in the poll?

Everyone except for Minato and Obito can be kamui-sniped right on the spot.
Minato has some chances to win, but considering that it was shown Kakashi's combination of speed and reflexes equals those of Minato it's more probable that after a somewhat prolonged fight Minato will fall to Kamui.

As for Obito, we already saw what happens when the two fight.
Even if some downplayers will try to find a bunch of excuses like "Obito was tired" (no evidence of that in the manga), "it was plot" or whatever else they think of.

But when it comes to Kakashi, Minato should be at the end of the gauntlet. Out of these characters he has the best, if not the only, chances of defeating Kakashi.

Either way, I don't think it's better than Minato's.

Reacting to V2 A is a better feat than reacting to Susano'o Arrow, IMO. Anyway, I think he loses to Minato mid-high diff. I think he beats 8 and 9 though.
