The only thing we know for sure is that the Boy lived to be a Man and be Tsunade Father, but that Neither The First Hokage nor the Second ever consider Him to to be Kage Material sines Sabatori was chosen to be the 3rd Hokage over Him. Maybe someday we might get a flashback from Tsunade to tell us Who Her Father was?
