she never had any control over kurama its just because of her uzamaki seals and life force she kept it inside her

Because she was an Uzumaki, that's why.
Spiral Zetsu even makes a comparison in the last chapter in regards to the Uzumaki traits.

Again that's not how genes work. A person gets 2 genes one from each parent, they are called dominant and recessive. Minato's hair gene is dominant, hence Naruto's spiky yellow hair. Naruto inherited Kushina's life force as that is the dominant gene from her.

Logically, he can be compared given that he is indeed, half Uzumaki and has had half of Kurama sealed within him while Kushina was full Uzumaki thus was able to control full Kurama.
Mathematically and literally speaking, it's logical and correct.
