Should the next naruto game let us create our own player for online

I must be the only one that thinks it's a bad idea. There would be a set of skills that would be optimal for online resulting in 95% of players being moveset clones of each other. It would get old fast.....

In my honest opinion, no. Not yet anyway.

I'd rather see the gameplay polished to near-perfection, and all possible characters included in the roster before any create-a-character mode is introduced. It's not as important as the rest of the features in the game.

Even if it were introduced, I expect the ninja creation mode would be fairly basic and not as extensive as we'd like.

Pretty much this. As much as the Storm series needs to evolve, they need to heavily fix the fighting mechanics first.
