Most of the Uchihas were farmers and most of them they don't even awaken the Sharingan yet before the Uchiha Massacre start. Only the Police Uchihas Forces has awaken the Sharingan.And they got soloed rather easily by Itachi and Obito so whats the point in reviving them?

Dude , the cause of all this mess are 2 Uchiha ( Madara and Obito ) and the ones saving the world are 2 Uchiha as well ( Itachi and Sasuke ).

And besides what's the point of reviving fodder Uchihas when we have( had with Itachi) the 4 most powerful Uchihas ever :|
