we dnt knw if the 3rd raikage is the most physically strong shinobi in history because tsunade punches shit and makes it look easy but we can see he is right there in the conversation now the question is can he break perfect susano??? maybe, maybe not tsunade was able to crack it with her monstrous strength can he crack it, we dnt knw but i would say he could crack it as much as she did but the next question is can he take a blow from ps sword which can cut through mountains??? i doubt the raikage body is tougher than 4 mountains, so no and current Madara has the rinnegan and sasge mode and mokuton, my point is the raikage's power stem from the lightning armor, mokuton or preta path absorbs that, not to mention madara can summon the gedo and a wood dragon along with a wood forest/w flower pollen all those things lead to the easy defeat of the legendary 3rd Raikage all this excluding genjutsu and the meteors which would be overkill to the already roadkill
Hashirama really can play with the raikage he can do too much with his mokuton constructs, he can make wood dragons several of them, he can make wood golem, he can absorb the raikage chakra, he can make wood forest with flower pollen, he can make the wood hands, and wood clones, and bringer of darkness, idk what u were thinking but the raikage is a cool looking dude but he cant beat madara or hashirama
