Yamato won't go down easy, he's really not given enough credit around here. Yamato's Water and Earth Style's will be canceled out by Kakashi's water and Earth Style. The main threat is mokuton and mayfly, which shouldn't catch Kakashi by surprise seeing as Yamato served under him for many years.

I think Kakashi outspeeds and outsmarts him, also, it'll be difficult for Yamato to counter a Sharingan genjutsu if he's hit by one.
