I effing love Magi!

god, I just love this sh_t out of Magi

-great animation
-no filler
-most fighters battling capabilities are balanced
-gender equality! there are a number of female characters who are considered top tier fighters just like the men! (Something Naruto falls flat in.)

There is so much more I could say about this series but I know most of NB can be lazy as far as reading goes so I try to keep it short and sweet. I even spent two hours last night re-doing my entire NB profile and I LOVE how it turned out!

So who are your favorite characters?
How do you think Alibaba is going to handle picking a side? (Sindria or Kou Empire)
Do you think the series will ever get a time skip? like Naruto,OP,FT etc? I love the idea of time skips really.
If there was a time skip I bet Aladdin would be confirmed to be a girl... I could see him actually having small breats
and not even knowing he was a girl until someone pointed it out to him!

The fighting isn't consistent enough. And the overly dressed characters and detail reminds me of the One peice manga...throws you the hell off and I can't concentrate on whats being said or even the subtitles.

I'm gonna try and watch the new season still...

If alladin is a girl how come he aint start bleeding yet...OUT THE VAGINA?? females start puberty early, from what I've seen and read.

I'll give it a try, I haven't ever watched a full episode but it looks cool. I like the character designs, reminds me of the Final Fantasy games.

I really liked Magi. It took a while for me to 'get into it', but when an arc(eg. Magnostadt and Balbadd) gets going, it's really good.

I also like the constant discussion on what it takes to be a 'King's Vessel', and also discusses things such as discrimination and slavery, and the destruction it can cause. It shows a mature side - something that most Shounen anime lack.
