Obito born some 40-45 years or more after that incident. SO it's not applicable on OLDER Generations Lol

Blah blah orders. Its so simple.
Dont obey and you're trash, obey and you're worse then that.
Hiruzen n Co chose to be worse then trash

So they would just die in vain for the sake of it and leave the village without a leader, protection and guidance?
Kakashi's words were originally Obito's and he said them in a situation much different from the one Hiruzen and co were in, therefore they can't be applied to them.

Kakashi wanted to abandon Rin when there was the possibility to save her.
Team Tobirama needed someone to be the bait or all of them would die and the village would loose its best shinobi, something that very likely would cause its destruction. His hands were tied, no trash in that.

The principle still stands, doesn't matter when it was said. That's like saying rape is only evil if there's a law against it. Lol

No, they would believe in themselves and not leave the hokage to die. They obviously dont have the will of fire.

so what if the principle still stands? The shinobis in the past never made such statements. Otherwise that would have listed in the RULE book and Kakashi must have known it.

btw, law were made because of the crimes. crimes aren't done just to give importance to the laws made.

The ideal known as Will of Fire is attributed to Konoha shinobis who deeply care about the village and protect it at all costs (among other things, this is a simplified version).
How can you claim Hiruzen doesn't have the WoF when he gave his life for the village and it was established by the author?

It's not even in the rule book now. You make no sense. And yes they did.. Kakashi's dad..

Not for that, it was an order.

But regarding to Hyuuga and Uchiha incidents, yeah.

He didn't have the obligation to mess with the Hyuga's customs and rules. The right is questionable.
The Uchiha on the other hand were a subject that had to do with Konoha's safety, i agree, but shouldn't be called trash because of one mistake only.
