My attempt at a new manga!

[Naruto No Kami]

I'm no professional mangaka or anything along those lines... but for years I have envisioned a manga in my head that i had always wanted to create...

The manga is based around the powers of a persons soul (like a fusion of naruto and soul eater) and includes alien powers (not in a gay way, but in a cool realistic way)...

I need ideas for characters, and if I like a character idea I might put them into my new manga!!! I doubt this will ever be big, but I can only hope...

I created a quick prototype of the main character name Aeys (pronounced as ACE)... hope you guys like him, and if you don't, please tell me why and I will fix it up before I launch the pilot chapter later this year....

You have to be original while creating your characters. Just mix some things up and stop inspirig from other works. List some hairstyles, some clothes, different patterns. Your characters have to be unique.

That's true. Tho, some mangakas do something called, 'improvisation'. They just plan everything on the spot .

Well I'd need to know the plot a bit more I guess. Maybe if a person is bound to specific soul that gives them power in exchange for their most valued trait, it could lead to some interesting characteristics? But of course that's specific x_x

I'm just kidding, but I suggest you use shading and highlights. Adding a little more detail to the clothes and stuff. Also recommend learning vector art.
