[Question] Jellel confusion

So pretty simple im a bit confused is jellal blind now cause in the last panel with him and midnight it looks like he still has his eyes but didnt midnight say he crashed them ? anyone got any help for me ?

He has his eyes, but it looks like he slit his eyes, meaning they are physically there but not usable anymore. It was a translation error.

Ok that makes sense wonder if he will get fake ones like erza or heal them with magic some how
