Kakashi takes it. Maybe not low difficulty, but definitely mid difficulty at most.
I highly doubt Yamato's mokuton can resist Kakashi's raikiri.
Plus Kakashi is faster and more intelligent.

kakashi takes it...i dont think yamato's mokuton is strong enough to stop lightning blade
plus he has his eye so he will most likely be able to out maneuver yamato in any situation

unless.....yamato is inside spiral zetsu and got a power up from being in the hashi tree...or statue what ever that is

Hebi Sasuke makes Yamato look like childs play. Kakashi won't even break a sweat.

The fact that Yamato still calls Kakashi senpai says it all.

And how many times is he able to spam this?? with Kakashi's chakra levels i don't think he will be able to keep it up for long

That logic LOL Hebi sasuke was always better than Kakashi without Kamui so your making no sense.

At best he'd be on Part 1 Kakashi's level, but even this is debatable.
Current 3T Kakashi would wipe floor with Hebi Sasuke mercilessly.

Not to mention Yamato only got beaten because he wasn't going all out on Sasuke. When he saw Sasuke is more dangerous than he initially believed, he apologized to Naruto and Sakura for what he was about to do. If the fight wasn't interrupted so abruptly, Yamato would probably be shown to at least be as strong as Sasuke.

Anyway, back to the topic:
3T Kakashi > Yamato - mid difficulty
3T Kakashi > Hebi Sasuke - mid difficulty, possibly easy diff

NO!! If anything they were the same level. Don't underestimate Kakashi's abilities. He even had kamui back then too. How would sasuke defend against that.

He used eight Raikiri variants, two shadow clones, five Kamuis (one of which was on building-sized head of Gedo statue), and Doton wall. This does not include off-panel battle and having the Sharingan active for the better part of two days. Bringing up Kakashi's stamina as a detriment when the battle will, by no means, come down to attrition is pointless.

Not really.

Kakashi has similar physical stats as Hebi Sasuke (strength, speed), and has better Taijutsu prowess (feats show this, and databook stats as well). Kakashi has similar Raitons as Sasuke, except they are S-ranked rather than A-ranked. While Sasuke only has Katon as his second element, Kakashi has a variety of Dotons and Suitons, both for offense and supplementary purposes. Snake arms help Sasuke's case here, though, given their speed and unpredictable sprouting.

Shadow clones, IMO, give base Kakashi the definitive edge over non-Mangekyo Sasuke. Sasuke has Kirin, but its extremely situational applications make it hard to properly gauge. Not to mention that creating a lightning source in the presence of an equally skilled Raiton user may not be the wisest of ideas. Overall, base Kakashi and Hebi Sasuke are close, but I give Kakashi the slight edge (of course assuming Orochimaru doesn't pop out, in which case it'd be an obvious nod to Hebi Sasuke).

Raiton cuts through his whole arsenal, or his speed dodges it.

He's Kakashi's subordinate for a reason.

I disagree with speed.
Even worn out Kakashi was able to outmaneuver 2-tailed Naruto with no problems whatsoever. And this was Naruto that managed to claw through Orochimaru's face by blitzing towards him before he could react.
Then we saw him keeping up with V2 jinchuurikis.
Then we saw he kept up with Minato's non-FTG speed when they both jumped towards Black Zetsu.

He's almost definitely faster than Sasuke.

1st point: Kakashi's chakra pool has grown considerably since Part 1 thanks to gaining a lot more experience and more recently, his using of the Mangekyou which pushes him to his limits and by doing so, increasing his stamina after recovery. (Start of Shippuden: One use rendered his body weak > Kage Summit: 2 uses left him weak > War Arc: 5 uses weakens him, but still can use it a couple of more times).

With not having Kamui is a double edged sword because whilst his "one-shot" is unusable, he can use more other ninjutsu, like Raikiri.

2nd point: 3T Kakashi is far more experienced than Hebi Sasuke and with the former being as strong as he has become, he would defeat Hebi Sasuke mid diff.
