I really dont think that fight would go like this. Now when Sasuke has PS they would most probably use PS-Kurama avatar combo like in manga. Still, Madara Hashirama takes this. Yamato is no help here.

If Madara has Kurama he can probably take this on his own, even if he can't, he'll weaken them enough to the point where Hashirama could clean them up.

Nah, that combo is way too powerful to be defeated in one blow, unless Hashirama will use Shin Sūsenju at the very beginning.
