What's it about, and how does it look thus far?

I think only one teaser has been released. At first they announced that it's not actually going to be called Halo 5, but will be a continuation in the series, kinda like Halo 3: ODST and Halo Reach. Although idk now, they might go back on what they said and call it Halo 5.

I hope it's not anything like Halo ODST. It was not my kind of game. Though, the explored Universe from another person's perspective would be kind of cool.

Understandable. Halo 4 was meh meh. And Reach was... Lack luster as well.

@OP It won't be like ODST or Reach because Reach was a prequel and ODST was a side story in between H2/H3. It will continue from where ever H4's story ended off. There's actually a halo 5 dedicated channel where they speculate, analyze & bring up important date/info about H5. The link is here:

IMO Halo 5 shouldn't be that well. Halo has died and it's far below it's prime. However Halo pros have mentioned that 343 really wants to make this game competitive. If they pull it off successfully then sure it would be amazing. So far my expectations aren't that high.

Vanilla Reach was pretty bad but TU Reach was really good. I still agree with you though!
