I thought this was a interesting match up as kisame acted like his bych but I think hes stronger. I say he probably takes both. I can be wrong , eo if I am enlighten me.

It is hotter than regular fire, which Samehada had trouble absorbing. Samehada will not willingly absorb it, and Kisame cannot make it absorb Amaterasu in time.

It did have trouble absorbing it, albeit it did absorb the katon. I never said it didn't absorb the katon.

The trouble is that it was complaining and looked pissed. I don't think it would want to absorb another katon.

Uhhhm, blood lusted Itachi uses Amaterasu and potentially ends the fight.

It probably didn't. But would it? Yeah. Other wise it'd be somewhat fatal for the sword. And, self preservation should be Samehada's interests.

If Itachi tries to end the fight quickly he most likely takes it but the longer the fight goes the more it goes into Kisame's favor.
