true even if we need to put a proper fight between bleach characters against naruto or onepiece character we need to restrict many things for the bleach characters to make naruto/onepiece characters even in the same ground level as bleach characters but even then bleach characters solo them with ease.

Flash Step or Sonido....a tech. used by most of Bleach characters is just as fast as Minato's FTG or Raikage Ay's full speed.
