I had a tough time picking from these animes, so sorry if my list is a seems longer than a usual top 10 Yours doesn't have to be long but a top 10 favorite character in order of favoritism from various animes and mangas you've watched would be nice. However you can make the list as long as you want, I'm not stopping ya.

Edit: Damnit, you edited your post right before I replied. I liked Gohan a lot of up until he got cocky against Super Buu. The arrogance just didn't suit him like it should have for a Saiyan IMO

Yeah, but I still liked what he did against Cell. I use to started to like Trunks more. Until I re watched the Cell arc again lol.

One Piece is just too awesome, I can understand why they would dominate your list at the moment. YYH will definitely change your list though, all the characters in YYH are really good.

It's about a doc trying to kill a boy he had saved because the boy ends up killing people after he was saved and the story is set in the Cold War Era in Germany and Czechoslovakia. It is a seinen anime which means it's mostly a psychological anime

Cowboy Bebop is gonna be an anime I plan to watch in the future. I heard it's good and pretty short too.

It's up there with my favorites too man, the story is just too amazing and so many great characters come from it. Had I continued with the list, I probably would have ended up listing more FMA characters than not.

Interesting. I don't know if DeathNote falls into the psychological anime (seinin as you said) category but is it kind of like that?

That is pretty neat, the top 3 take on a new persona in order to achieve their goals and means by any means. Have you ever watched Darker Than Black? The main character is somewhat like that, he plays the role quite well too.
