equipment: What they normally carry.
Chakra=Reishi (because this is a battle of power vs power, and saying oh itachi doens't have reishi means Kyoka won't work on him!) Also Itachi can see Aizen.

There is a healthy Itachi, but that one became exhausted after using Tsukuyomi twice and a small shot of Amaterasu.

It's a hypothetical battle, people There is no problem in using different worlds. The point is comparing their powers and skills to see who would most likely win in a battle.
And therefore we can use a hypothetical situation, such as itachi being healthy
Oh, and healthy itachi is an edo itachi with limited chakra and no imortality.
