Tsunade is a Hokage, so that means she should be as skilled and talented as the previous Hokage since they share the same title.

I think she can use it. What do you think?

I dont think she knows how to use the jutsu, But if she learns it she might be able to use it.
I'm surprised the Gokages didn't have some type of sealing barrier to put around Madara when they were fighting.

Tsunade is a hokage, she should know it. You can't do it by yourself anyways.

I'm pretty sure Tsunade knows quite a few different jutsu. It would be pretty weird to know she's never taken advantage of her access to scrolls or even learned jutsu in her prime. As a medical ninja it is kinda a waste of chakra to be throwing jutsu round about anyways, especially when you are with teammates.

We know that she knows about seals and can use them, the proof is in her forehead.

The answer is obvious, of course Tsunade knows it.That jutsu takes four shinobis of kage level to used.Now let's look at the four shinobi users.Hashirama, tsunade grandfather, Tobirama, her granduncle, Hiruzen, her sensei, and Minato, her team hiruzen partner's student.You are telling me all these shinobis she is connected to knows that jutsu but she doesn't?And how did Minato learned it?I would bet it was from Jiraiya, who learned it from Hiruzen along with Tsunade and Orochimaru.Jutsus are passed down in the NV and if Jiraiya's students Minato knows it, the most logical conclusion is he learn it from Jiraiya.And if Jiraiya knew it the most logical conclusion is he learned it from Hiruzen like Hiruzen most have learn it from Tobirama or Hashirama.And I willing to bet good money that hiruzen would have taught that jutsu to all the sannin, seeing as he didn't know who would be the next hokage, and it takes a kage level shinobi to use.

Most likely she can, because she is already skilled in Fuinjutsu. I don't see why she can't use a barrier technique like this because even the sound4 was able to use a weaker version of this technique. .
