[Question] Why guest cant see members profiles ?

Is there a reason for that ? Its really useful thing in forums to be able to view a profile as a guest



I mean how am i suppused to stalk people without them noticing ?

But seriously i am curious why, i can view as a guest in all forums i know except NB

Are you sure about that? All the Vbulletin forums I've come across don't allow me to view any ones profile as a guest.

User CP or Settings -> Profile Privacy

and then you'll check this -> "Note: Guests and users on your Ignore List will only be able to view the blocks on your page where you have selected 'Everyone'."
