So they have knowledge in computer and DNA. If the Alliance happened to develop an Atomic Bomb and they fire it to Madara, can he tank the explosion?

Do you know what it takes to build atom bomb? It requires Nuclear fission process and knowledge of Nuclear science, what makes you think that they know about it?

Perfect Susano'o could probably take it, or he could Deva path it back to them/space.

The closest thing to that ATM IS Madara though, what with his 6 paths jutsu.. he can fire rockets ect.

How do you suppose someone from the Alliance detonates a nuke on Madara?
You can't throw a nuke at someone, you can't just pass it to them. You must drop it on him.
I guess Gaara could fly up and do it, but Madara would sense it.
Most of the damage from a Nuke comes from the Radiation anyway, something that Madara could either heal with SM or filter out with Fire style ( Burn the air around you with massive fire techs )

I doubt he could survive it, he would have to survive the following
-Thermal radiation
-Pressure
-Blast damage
-Nuclear radiation

Each being extremely lethal, I doubt he would be able to heal fast enough

well tbb has no radiation, but the bomb does. He could absorb the energy produced by the bomb though. or maybe not. cant really say. I'm not a scientist.

Radiation is a long-term lethal factor, the amounts produced by nuclear bombs cant kill you faster than in 24 hours.

no it isnt nowhere on the level of a Hydrogen Bomb and is even less than the Atomic Bomb
