Well, this IS Kishi we're talking about. So, yeah, he'll send something flying out of Naruto's ass.

But I think the "present" should be Flying Thunder God Technique.

I mean, we still haven't seen "That Jutsu" and it was stated that Naruto could complete it once becomeing the Perfect Jinchuriki.
Yet, since that's happened, he hasn't revealed anything that could be classified as "That Jutsu"
If it was, Kishi would have come out and said it.
Even though he isn't a Jinchuriki anymore, I don't see why it's out of the question.

On that Note, I don't think Naruto should get the other half of Kurama. He was a perfect Jinchuriki once and Madara plucked Kurama out like it was nothing. I don't see why the second time would be any different
