No offense, but Naruto knows something that Sakura and the other konoha 11 don't know. Naruto never gives up on saving Sasuke, no matter what people say. Sai need to know that bonds of Team 7 will never be broken no matter what. No offense, but what we see in chap 632, Sakura's new strength frighten Naruto so much, that he say to himself that he better stop joking around Sakura, or he's dead. I'm a NaruHina fan, but I don't think that even Kishi, himself, will let NaruSaku happen. No offense, but I don't see fit that NaruSaku is a good couple. Just saying.

I believe there was a part in the manga were Sakura mentioned a time when Naruto and Sasuke would both get severly injured and she would have to choose between them. I don't know where she said it but it is somewhere there. And I believe we are at that point.

Actually, that was anime filler, she never said that in manga.
