Do you think kishi gives the anime writers clarification

What I mean is at times there are lines that could be interpreted a few ways and the anime has much more straightforward lines and very definite answers to things they must have some sort of input from Kishi before they can go saying things like this in the anime

its only logical that he does. Technically he has to. Since the anime is also copyrighted to Kishimoto.

I honestly think he does. I think he gives the greenlight for some filler material that's mixed with canon stuff as well. Some things that happen in the anime (that aren't filler arcs) actually go well with the story for example the Hanzo/Danzo and Akatsuki thing last episode. I'm pretty sure if he didn't want the studio to add in stuff that he doesn't want he could say that he doesn't want it.

Maybe, Maybe not, Either way it doesn't have to 100% like the manga.

If i remember in the anime it was tobirama who used bringer of darkness genjutsu when in the manga it was hashirama. I'm sure there are more mistakes but i can't remember them.

If it works the same for kishi as it does for other manga ka he only has partial say.

I read in an interview that ruroni kenshins writer nobuhiro watsuki did not get final say in the anime, his input was always welcome and respected but the anime director can go over his head. The writers of the manga usually have they're hands full with the manga and can't stop all the changes.

Off topic: the filler episodes killed the kenshin anime so the final arc was never animated due to ratings droping after the fillers got too weird.

I know this has nothing to do with your thread but it made me sad and felt like voicing my opinion

It has to, I mean for certain things without certification from kishi might have ruined his story. Introducing Sakura's parents in a filler instantly meant if kishi ever wanted to introduce them in his manga they would have to be the same ones we've seen already. Stuff like that. But general things I don't think he has much input but I believe he has given them guidelines to follow so they don't do anything stupid since i doubt he has the time to see every episode idea before it's made.

Or a way of showing both can use the technique.

Probably yes, but it depends on how much he cares about the anime and his relationship with the animation director.

I know that the animators for One Piece consult with the mangaka when making up devil fruits for fillers that might be canon in the future.

maybe a little
kishi did say in an interview that the gave the anime crew troubles
: For now I skip the part kish talks about the movie, as how he likes Michael J. Fox and Back to the Future, as how his family is important to him, as how he gave troubles to the anime crew

Kishi has to "look through" (well I don't know if he is forced to do it, I guess he does it, so that he earns money it as well) every episode and say if it's "OK", so he can just say a filler has some material, that might conflict with future episodes, and they would have to make a new. I think they just send a script with ideas for him, regarding fillers.

Yes, also he tells the animators to add more fillers so he could get more cash and the company could get more cash while the fans gets more BS
