I only recently found out that I was in this clan, or that it even exists. The details about the clan are quite fuzzy to me, such as its past. However, I know of the power Haki well. Haki is a latent power within every living being. However, to gain access to this ability is very rare and has been accomplished by very few ninja, who have banded together as the Supernova clan. Haki is a manifestation of willpower, and has three forms, Busoshoku, Haoshoku, and Kenbunshoku, or Armament, Observation and Conqueror's.

Armament Haki allows the user to physically manifest his Haki into an invisible armor. This naturally allows Busoshoku Haki to be used for defensive purposes, being able to nullify and withstand attacks that would have otherwise harmed the user. With enough skill and strength, the user can use Busoshoku Haki offensively, imbuing into weapons and some attacks to strengthen them. This naturally also goes for the user's body, using Haki to strengthen his blows. Advanced Haki users can manipulate Haki as they see fit and can harden it into black manifestation, increasing its power even more.

Kenbunshoku Haki allows the user to manifest Haki into a sixth sense, giving them the ability to sense the presence and location of an object, as well as what kind of animal they are and if someone is alive. With enough skill and training, this Haki can have premonition abilities, giving the user a mental picture of what the opponent is about to do, in short, the ability to predict moves.

Haoshoku is even rarer than the other two and cannot be strengthened through training, but only by the strengthening of one's spirit. This means that as a person goes stronger as a person, their Haoshoku grows stronger as well. Very few people awaken Haoshoku Haki and it is usually awakened in moments of dire danger. Haoshoku Haki allows the user to dominate the wills of others, knocking them out.

Well said, now we'll try and awaken your Haki spiritually, I need you to meditate for a moment, think of the reason why you fight, and what is it that you fight for? What do you believe in....reach inside your mind and find your willpower, then harness it, explain the feeling that you get and how you come by this feeling through which thoughts etc, this would help as an anchor to accomplish willpower and full control or it.

*Law nods and sits down. He closes is eyes and calmly meditates. As he does, he breathes slowly and thinks about his goals. He thinks about mastering more techniques, learning Medical Ninjutsu and the events that happened to him ten years ago. He remembers the man dressed in pink and with blonde hair, the man who cut down people in his village right before him. He thinks of someone from his past named Cora, and the revenge he has planned for the man in pink. His breathing becomes sharper and Law feels motivated. But more than that, he feels a sharp sensation inside of him, like a wave of energy trying to come out of his body.*

*Law nods and sits down. He closes is eyes and calmly meditates. As he does, he breathes slowly and thinks about his goals. He thinks about mastering more techniques, learning Medical Ninjutsu and the events that happened to him ten years ago. Iori whilst watching Law in his meditative position notices him starting to breath differently, his body seems to be tensing up...

Iori swiftly moves behind Law and slaps him behind the head...

Think of something else, bring forth thoughts that would be more of a positive nature, remember you are trying to control your own willpower, you need to harness it with a clean mind and thoughts that wouldn't make you feel anything good or bad but make you feel whole, try to think of peace, and how you would like to accomplish that as a Ninja, I know that the revenge on this man is important to you since he must have harmed your friends and family perhaps, but for your Haki to be awakened you would have to feel such a way that when this man stands before you, you must not feel as if you hate him or want to kill him for what he has done, instead you should just feel as if this man should be removed from existence for what he has done in his past and his bad intentions towards disrupting peace, that is what supernovas should stand for and that is what is needed to become a master of willpower and Haki, Understood? Now give it another try.

*Law closes his eyes and begins to medidate again. Instead of thinking about the man he wants to kill, Law focuses on images of his village being in peace. He focuses on its citizens smiling and laughing and enjoying life. As he begins to calm down, he thinks of battle. He thinks of how much he enjoys fighting and sparring. He thinks of protecting his village, his comrades and his clan. He thinks of the strength he'll need to do so. As he does, he feels the energy again, but instead of being sharp, it feels more like it's gradually flowing up and through him.*

As Law started meditating again, Iori was taking full note of his body language, and as his body language proved different, so did his thoughts, Iori felt his willpower grow..Law's Haki was raw like it should be when it's just awakened.

That's how it is done, now by keeping those thoughts in your mind for now, make your willpower your weapon, release it and form it into your armor, surround your body in your Haki and unleash your true power.

*As Law thinks about his goals and drive to protect those around him, he takes control of this new sensation of energy. Knowing it must be Haki, Law releases it from his body. At first, it comes out brutally, damaging the area around Law. However, Law quickly concentrates and focuses on controlling it. Instead of it just being a destructive wave, Law shapes it into a wall-like manifestation and surrounds himself with it.*

This is one form of Haki, its known as Busoshoku or Armament. This is when the user harnesses his Haki and manifests it into a weapon or armor to use as he sees fit, after lots of practice and general mastery of Haki, you would become able to switch your Haki on and off like a lightswitch without the need of the thoughts and intense concentration etc.

Now I want you to start concentrating on your haki once again, only this time instead of focusing it upon yourself, focus it into your surroundings, so that you can feel every presence around you...

(Busoshoku Haki)

Busoshoku Haki allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves.This allows the user to defend against attacks that would otherwise cause them harm. Only significant physical force can overcome this defense. Naturally this "invisible armor" can be used as a weapon to strike others with. It can be used to augment the user's own attacks, projected ahead of the user as pure brute force, or imbued in weapons to increase their effectiveness. Any attack enhanced by Busoshoku Haki hits immensely harder than it would normally be without it. This armor cannot stop that of someone in the 4th gate or higher, Raikage or Tsunade's punches, S-rank and above attacks. Also this technique raises taijutsu +15, the user doesn't get faster, just gets tougher for a minute (a turn). Even though it protects the user from damage, the user still feels the force, example: if the opponent uses a wind attack, the damage will not effect the user, however, the force the wind will still blow them back, the same for water.

Note: If used, cannot be used again for 4 turns

A shadow clone of Iori is created to the right of Law, though diagonally behind him, in such a way that the clone cannot be seen while looking forward.

*Law takes a deep breath and returns to his focus on his Haki. Once again, he feels his senses augmented by the Haki. However, this time, it doesn't feel like his individual senses are heightened separately. This time, he feels as though they are all contributing slightly to create an all new sense. He feels everything around him, he feels their presence, and the life force of living things. And that's when it hits him. He detects the life force of another human behind a tree. But it feels different from how Iori feels, though he senses a connection. It feels artificial.*

"A Bunshin, eh?"

*Law points to the tree behind him with his thumb.*

"You created a clone behind that tree, didn't you Iori-ya?"

Kenbunshoku Haki, is a form of Haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, even if they are concealed from view or too far to see naturally. This is technique rivals that of the Sharingan 2 tomoe. This prediction appears to the user as an image or brief "premonition" of what the opponent will do in the user's mind's eye, and the damage the user will take if the attack actually "hits". It appears that the more killing intent the enemy has, the easier they are to predict. Although, more skilled users can predict future moves whether there are ambient murderous intents or not. This lets the user keep up with someone even if they are no more than double the user's current speed. Though the user can use this to evade some attacks, it does not work on S-rank and Forbidden. The user can see the attack coming and counter it, however the user cannot simply "dodge it". The user cannot dodge some weaker ones also if they cannot do so logically, example : Your opponent sends a huge fireball at you, you cannot simply dodge it for the fireball is too big, however, you can counter the attacks. The "dodging" motion is only usable if you're fighting a taijutsu user or if the attack is a small direct one. The user also does not since sense people by their chakra, however they do so by their "presence".

*Law and the clone turn to face each other. Law releases his Haki once more and confines it to surround his body in an invisible coating. He takes a breath and enters a stance that resembles a boxing stance. He narrows his eyes at the clone and takes a step forward. As he steps forward, he lowers his body by crunching his abdomen, moving his upper body forward slightly. Using his core muscles and leg muscles, he raises his leg with high speed, delivering a kick to the clone's chin. Just as his foot is about to collide, Law instantly condenses and manifests the Haki into a solid form, activating his Busoshoku Haki. This increases the power of the kick immensely due to the kick's hardness. As his foot hits the clone's jaw, it shatters it and causes its head to be pushed back so hard, it neck snaps. This causes the clone to poof away just at it leaves the ground.*
