Well first of all hello everyone. It has been some time since my last thread, so I have a theory about why Naruto and Sasuke are dying and how they might come back.
So lest get started!
We know Kishi has different ways of expressing things and making that a quote of someone always come true.
We have to go way back to Jiraiya and the Great Toad Sage.
We know that the prophecy of the Great toad sage was that Jiraiya will train a pupil who will either bring great destruction or a peace for the Ninja world.
And the prophecy came true but in a different way, Nagato was to bring destruction and Naruto was left to bring peace even if it seems a little different from how the toad said it. Kishi plays with words tricking us that this student will bring one or the other, but in reality one student brought destruction and the other student will bring peace.
So now back to Naruto and Sasuke
Naruto stated that if they two will fight together they both are gonna die.
Narutos exact word are " What will happen when we fight again we're both gonna die "
Kishimoto is playing with word's, it doesn't mean they have to fight against each other to die, they could be fighting together against someone else, in this case Madara.
So the word's Naruto said about them dying is being fulfilled they are both dying and they will most likely die.
Now there is one problem, no one on earth is strong enough to defeat Madara right now, except Naruto and Sasuke and they can't stay dead on first place, because none of them have fulfilled their destiny and the last fight between each-other like kishi stated will happen, so they must be revived and here come the character who is left alive for no other reason: Obito.
Obito is still kept alive by Zetsu, but why is zetsu keeping him alive ? He just could have sticked himself get far from Minato and Kakashi take the Rinnegan and go through the earth just like white zetsu. The reason why he is keeping Obito still alive is to use one last time the Rinne-Tensei, with his incredibly strong will Obito will control Black Zetsu and use his life to resurrect Naruto and Sasuke. At the mean time Sasuke and Naruto will meet their loved ones or even the Sage of 6 Paths. Sasuke will most likely wake up with rinnegan and Naruto as kind of Juubi Jinchuriki and they will both stomp Madara and have their last fight.
So this was my theory hope you agree and like it.
