Had BSM Naruto surpassed base Hashi?

Same as title. I think he was almost there. If he had full kurama he would have. Well I can't say for sure as plot incontinent with him, so I am open to change. So what do you guys think?

Hashirama can create a forest in seconds with ease, he can tear up landscapes with ease. Hashirama is above Naruto in terms of destruction as well.
