After chapter 646: Shinjuu. This has been bothering me.

As you all remember in Chapter 646, Obito was in the final form of the Juubi and absorbing everyone's chakra with tree roots.

While Madara and Hashi are chatting, Madara said that chakra came from a fruit which the princess ate, leading to her chakra passing down generation after generation to others.

Does that mean Rock Lee's ancestor was not that lady? Remember how Rock Lee could not use Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.

Also do all normal people have chakra? Why would Madara say that's where chakra originated if that meant no one had it in the first place. Yet if people run out of chakra (energy?) they die.

Did Madara simply mean "enhanced chakra".

I do remember when Lee opened the gates it showed chakra flow in his body and how the different gates opened up. So he does have chakra but it's not enhanced to use Nin/Genjutsu?

If any of you people that know japanese well then exactly what is Chakra, because I know there are other shows that involve Chakra. So obviously it must pertain to old jap myths or what not.

I don't know how people get confused. Lee has chakra just like any other ninja, the difference is he fails to mold his chakra to perfom any form of Ninjutsu.

If you want proof that Lee has chakra, read Gai's explanation of the Hachimon (8 gates). Remember when he said, that the gates where chakra limiters. This should be a dead give away proving that in order for lee to use his lotus moves, he uses chakra to enhance his muscles and body.

I was referring to that particular scene in the OP when I mentioned Lee using the gates in Part 1. It shows chakra flow in his body.

Madara said that jubi's chakra originated in that fruit. Humans had chakra long before that,but not the knowledge to utilize it,that's what sage taught them. Though the sage was born with the massive chakra of the shinju which got divided only among the descendants of his 2 sons~4 clans namely Senju-Uzumaki,Hyuga-Uchiha.
