Yukio has long, black hair that reaches to just below his shoulders. He wears the Konoha headband on his forehead and he usually wears the standard Konoha-nin attire including the Konoha flak jacket. He also wears blue shinobi sandals. Yukio is smiling almost all the time. Even when he is at the brink of death, or he is in a very serious fight, or even if he is angry or sad on the inside, Yukio is always smiling. No-one knows exactly why he is always smiling. Like the rest of his clan, he has very fair skin and possesses the Byakugan. He has featureless white eyes and the pupils become more distinct upon activation of the kekkei genkai. He carries a katana strapped to his back and a fan similar to Temari's.
Personality:
Yukio is almost always happy, and can be seen smiling all of the time. He is very laid-back and carefree, however he can become more serious if the situation calls for it. He is very kind and respectful, which makes him liked by others. He is also very optimistic. Yukio is also very clever, and he uses strategies and tactics to gain the upper hand in battles.

History:
Yukio was born into a lesser branch of the Hyuga Clan in Konoha. He was a prodigy, and he mastered Gentle Fist when he was 6 years old. When he was 7, he graduated from the Ninja Academy and became a Genin. He passed the Chunin exam when he was 9, and became a Jonin at the age of 15. During the Fourth Shinobi War, he did not join the war and stayed in Konoha to help protect the village. One day, the Hokage sent Yukio on a mission to go to Amegakure. Yukio got captured and imprisoned when he entered the village. He stayed there for a while and learned a few jutsu (attempt at being able to take the Rain test later >_>).
