You must be joking, Nardo moved fast enough to out maneuver the 3rd raikage, and then when he hit BM he was able to intercept 5 Bijudamas that were fired at kakashi and gai point blank, kakashi even thought he was Minato. kishi obviously nerfed the hell outta him, and with good reason, that kinda speed makes him far to OP for the manga's purposes.

He dodged Ay moving at top speed so he is not slower than Ay, or else he could NOT have avoided him, Kishi nerfs him the same way he keeps kakashi from kamui'ing everything that moves. but you're retarded if you say he's slower than Ay after he already avoided his fastest attack with intent to kill. if Naruto sped around launching tbb's all day obviously the manga would not be able to continue.
